You just have to delete every individual song first. The best you can sell is $200.

Check out eBay.com – that’s a good place to sell it and you can compare prices of other similar products being sold to determine a good one for you. Also – looke at the iPod website for help with resetting stuff.
Reset it with the Ipod updater and make sure Itunes doesn’t see it again. Look at Ebay for an idea of prices.

Go to ebay to check the price and delete all the songs in your iPod.
